What We Do

We support publicly funded initiatives from early assessment through execution, ensuring community insight, compliance, and implementation remain aligned.

  • We design and lead federally responsive CNAs aligned with funding and reporting standards. Our approach combines multilingual engagement, rigorous data analysis, and clear documentation to inform strategic planning and funding priorities.

  • We partner with health systems and nonprofit coalitions to conduct CHNAs that clarify priority gaps, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and guide long-term investment decisions.

  • We provide operational leadership for new and existing publicly funded initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, timeline management, documentation, and performance reporting aligned with compliance requirements.

  • We support procurement-aware subcontracting and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation requirements. This includes identifying qualified partners, structuring compliant relationships, and integrating supplier diversity into overall project execution.
